You’ve Got to Move It: Exercise Your Way to Sensational Sex!

Exercise Your Way to Sensational Sex!

“Sex without love is merely healthy exercise.” Robert Heinlein

Guess what can increase sexual stamina and ignite the libido?

You’re right – EXERCISE!

I know, one more person praising the almighty exercise idol. But at least this time it’s for a really, really good cause – better sex!

Exercise quickly gets us tuned in to our body so we can be turned on later! It revs up our hormones, flushes out stress, inspires us mentally and emotionally, increases blood flow and improves our physical strength. It triggers our endorphins, causing them to do a ‘happy dance,’ resulting in increased levels of testosterone – one of the body’s natural aphrodisiacs for both men and women.

Don’t worry, I’m not asking you to train for an Ironman. I just want you to be physically prepared for more excitement between the sheets!

Tired of the same ol’ gym routines? Spice up your workout with a cardiac striptease, a pole dance, a belly dance, Zumba, and Dance of the Kama Sutra.

Are you feeling inspired to exercise yet? If not, here’s more inspiration for you. Some women get so aroused while working out they have a ‘coregasm.’

If multi-tasking is on your agenda (and when isn’t it?), these 10 sex positions double as exercise. You are not going to believe what they do for your butt, quads, core and balance! Oh – and don’t try the Bridge unless you’re yoga-ing five days a week or training as a gymnast.

When you’re finished getting all worked up, you’ll need some candles, massage oil, and other ‘recovery’ products, so be sure to visit Bring Back Desire and stock up ahead of time.  Happy workout!

Excellent point for those who love to exercise and especially for those who don’t! Move that ass!

What a great point, Ande! Exercise connects us to our bodies, while making us feel good AND look good!

I hate to be a downer, but I think it should also be noted that heart disease and high cholesterol are linked to erectile dysfunction and female sexual dysfunction. Just another reason to keep your body fit and healthy!

We can’t forget that our daily choices and habits affect every facet of our health — mental, physical, social and sexual — and we need to be careful to make choices that have a positive and enhancing effect.
